Crop PDF

Crop PDF pages: drag a box on the page, type margins in mm or detect white margins automatically — all pages or one. Free and private.

Remove wide white borders, scanner edges or unwanted headers and footers. Drag the crop box on the page preview or type exact margins, and let the tool find the white margins for you.

Cropping runs on your own device, so your PDF is never uploaded. Text and images keep their full quality.

How to use Crop PDF

Frequently asked questions

Is the cropped content deleted?

It is hidden: the page size is reduced so the cut-off parts are no longer shown or printed, but they remain inside the file. To remove sensitive content for real, use Redact PDF.

Can I crop pages to remove white margins for reading on a phone?

Yes — click “Detect margins”, check the result on a few pages, and crop all pages.

Will the quality change?

No. Only the visible area changes; text stays sharp and selectable.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The PDF is cropped in your browser on your device.
